I’ve been thinking about the last few days, and one thing keeps coming back to me: what a community we have created together.

Whether you joined us online or were with us in the room, thank you for being part of the 6th BWHR Annual Networking Conference.

Thank you for giving us your time, asking questions, sharing your experiences, making connections, laughing with us, challenging ideas, and, most importantly, showing up.

There is always a moment after a conference when the room empties, the chairs are put away, the microphones are switched off, and everyone goes back to their busy lives. But for me, that is never really the end.

Because the best part of a conference is often what happens after.

It is the conversation that continues over coffee. The person you connected with who sends you a message a few days later. The speaker whose words stay with you. The introduction that turns into an opportunity. The mentor relationship that begins. The idea that you take back to work and decide to do something differently.

That is what BWHR has always been about.

Creating the space for those connections to happen and then making sure the door stays open.
