Conference Details:

1. Registered participants will receive their login details to the virtual conference platform the week commencing 11 September 2025, please email programme@blackwomanhr.co.uk if you haven’t received your login email by 23 September 2025.
2. The conference will begin at 9.30am BST on the 24 and 25 September 2025
3. The conference will be recorded and will be available on demand to attendees until 30 November 2025
4. Participants can use the chat and networking functions on the virtual conference platform to engage and connect with other attendees
5. By attending the conference, you give consent for your image to be used on any BWHR marketing materials.
6. For group booking that requires an invoice, please email programme@blackwomanhr.co.uk 
7. BWHR will take photos and videos at the event for recording and marketing purposes. If you don’t wish your photo to be taken, this will be respected—please inform any of the volunteers or the Events Manager.
8. For security reasons, it is requested that participants join the virtual sessions five minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
9. CPD certificate will be available upon request six weeks after the conference has taken place.
10. Refunds ( excluding the booking fee) will be available until 1 August 2025; no refunds thereafter.
