Register to attend the 3rd Annual Networking Conference

Did you know that only 3% of executive-level positions are held by Black women in the HR industry? 20% employees think their place of work is not inclusive, and 42% of Black employees have resigned from their jobs citing a lack of workplace diversity and inclusion.

This statistic serves as a stark reminder of the work that still needs to be done. It is a call for us to rise above the obstacles and limitations imposed by systemic biases and chart own path to success.

In a world where “diversity dishonesty” prevails, we refuse to settle for tokenism and empty gestures. Some organisations put on a facade of inclusivity without truly embracing the values that underpin diversity.

We invite you to step into an atmosphere of inspiration, resilience, and sisterhood, where barriers are shattered, connections are forged, and dreams are realised. Immerse yourself in a rich tapestry of keynote speeches from industry luminaries, engaging panel discussions, and interactive workshops designed to equip you with the tools and strategies needed to navigate the complexities of the HR landscape.

What makes the BWHR conference different; 80% of our speakers are Black & Ethnic minorities and an opportunity for you to learn from our perspective. This conference is for everyone and we particularly welcome our allies to the event

We invite you to be part of a movement that is reshaping the narrative, dismantling barriers, and creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace. Together, let’s rewrite the statistics and redefine the future of HR. The time is now, and your voice matters.
