Our global network includes participants from the UK, West Africa, the USA, Australia, Canada, and Barbados!

Whether you’re an experienced HR leader or just starting, this programme provides invaluable mentorship, networking, and career support to help you thrive. All you need is a passion for HR and a commitment to your professional growth.

Who should register

Mentors: Open to HR professionals of all backgrounds. Allies are welcome!

Mentees: ethnic minority professionals in HR/EDI, regardless of gender.

• Mentees are paired with mentors based on experience level (e.g., HR Advisor with HR Business Partner or HR Manager with HR Director).
• This programme accommodates different time zones, so wherever you are in the world, you can take part!
• Ensure you are clear on your registration form if you are participating as a “Mentor” or “Mentee
• If you have submitted an interest on our website previously, please register again

Programme structure

• There is a mandatory matching process – all selected participants must complete this step.
• There is a virtual induction & two check-ins (an in-person check-in in London for UK residents, featuring special guest speakers).
• The programme will run for 3 months, starting June 2025
• Not all applicants will be selected for Cohort 6, but those not placed will be considered for the next round at the end of the year.
