Nicola Morris
Managing Director of Banking & Finance at ISS UK & Ireland
Nicola is an industry-recognised leader with more than two decades’ experience in FM outsourcing. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Banking & Finance at ISS UK & Ireland, a role she has held since joining the company in October 2020. In this capacity, she drives strategic growth and oversees operations for a portfolio of prestigious clients in the banking and financial services sector.
Before ISS, Nicola spent 18 years at Compass Group UK & Ireland, rising through the ranks to hold senior leadership roles in operations, sales, marketing, communications, and operational excellence. She later joined Sodexo for two years as a Managing Director, leading total facilities management (TFM) services for clients in FMCG, technology, media, and professional services.
As a passionate advocate for diversity, Nicola is the global co-chair of ISS’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) on Gender Balance in the UK and Ireland. She is also an active mentor, and in July 2024, she was named as one of the Top 50 Leaders at The Workplace Event.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys staying active and traveling. She lives in Hampshire with her husband, two teenage daughters, and two dogs. Nicola is also a Non-Exec Director of Hampshire Fare, a local organisation that champion’s local food, drink, and artisan talent.
Manasi Goel
Head of HR, Consumer Corporate Functions, BT Group
Manasi Goel is an experienced Head of HR with a track record of driving organisational transformation and shaping people strategies in complex, fast-paced environments.
With over a decade of experience, Manasi has held senior roles across the media, marketing, and technology sectors. In each role she brings a strategic, people-first mindset to her work, partnering with the business to deliver high-impact solutions across organisational design, talent planning, and employee experience.
Her areas of expertise include organisational design, leadership development, L&D strategy, People Analytics, and employee experience.
She is a skilled facilitator and coach, having recently completed her ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching, and holds a BA from the University of Toronto alongside CIPD qualifications.
Outside of work, Manasi takes every opportunity to enjoy what London has to offer as a city – from arts, culture, music, and food. But she mostly derives joy from spending time with her husband, friends, and family, and cooking up a big feast and breaking bread with people.
Dr. Marcelle Moncrieffe-Newman
Chief People Officer
City St George’s, University of London
Dr. Marcelle Moncrieffe-Newman is a seasoned Human Resources leader with board-level experience advocating for ethical and inclusive work environments.
She holds the role of Chief People Officer at City St George’s, University of London, and has served as Head of Human Resources at the BBC.
Her doctoral research focused on Black employees’ career trajectories, leading to her book “One Step Forward Two Steps Black: Navigating Anti-Black Workplace Culture,” which highlights anti-Black racism in professional settings and contributes to discussions on creating the right workplace culture.
Dr. Moncrieffe-Newman earned her PhD from Heriot-Watt University, and also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and serves on the North London Foundation Trust board, chairing the People and Culture Committee.
Alison Wilcox
Group Chief People & Culture Officer
Alison Wilcox rejoined BT Group plc on 1 June as Chief People and Culture Officer, bringing with her a wealth of experience across human resources, strategy, and organisational transformation.
Alison began her career in the NHS before moving into management consultancy and HR leadership roles with international organisations including Hay Group and Vodafone. She previously served as Group HR Director at BT, where she played a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a company-wide transformation agenda. Her work focused on modernising and simplifying the business while building new digital platforms and experiences to enhance customer outcomes.
Since stepping down from BT in 2022, Alison has held non-executive director and committee chair roles at Shepherd Building Group, Health Data Research UK, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and Glas Cymru.
Her return to BT marks a continued commitment to driving cultural evolution and people-focused innovation across the organisation.
Roselyn Cason-Marcus
Global Director of Partner Talent Attraction and Affinity at McKinsey and Company
Roselyn Cason-Marcus is the Global Director of Partner Talent Attraction and Affinity at McKinsey and Company. Roselyn leads a global team focused on attracting exceptional senior talent to McKinsey and Company’s diverse meritocracy.
Roselyn is on the board of Arms Around the Child, a non-profit, charity focused on supporting HIV positive children living in extreme circumstances in Africa and India.
Roselyn is also in the Leadership Circle of Women for Women International, a charity which supports over 500,000 women in conflict-affected countries.
A passionate art lover and collector, Roselyn was and is a Patron for the 2024 and 2026 Venice Biennale.
Roselyn holds both British and American citizenship and is based in London.
Mabinty Esho
Head of Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging, Comic Relief
Mabinty Esho is an award-nominated DEIB leader, storyteller, and cultural strategist with over 15 years of experience driving systemic change across the charity, public, and corporate sectors.
Currently serving as Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) at Comic Relief, Mabinty leads the organisation’s three-year DEIB strategy and Culture Working Group. Together, the group are the architects behind its Cultural Charter—a transformative framework designed to embed equity and inclusion into everyday culture.
With a background in coaching, leadership development, and reverse mentoring, Mabinty is known for creating spaces of psychological safety where bold, honest conversations can thrive.
Her approach combines compassion with rigour, using storytelling, cultural intelligence, and strategic insight to influence leadership behaviours and shift organisational culture.
She has worked with senior leaders and executive teams to challenge power dynamics and champion inclusive practices that are both meaningful and measurable.
Beyond her organisational work, Mabinty is a passionate advocate for grief support, serving as a trustee for Cruse Bereavement Support, and is a regular speaker at national conferences on topics such as inclusive leadership, anti-racism, and belonging.
Mabinty brings a deeply personal lens to her professional mission. Whether she’s facilitating leadership training, curating courageous conversations, or writing her next reflective piece, Mabinty’s work is rooted in care, community, and a bold belief in cultural transformation.
Her ability to blend strategic thinking with emotional intelligence has made her a trusted voice in the evolving future of work.
Elizabeth Nyawade FCIPD, MA, MSc.
CPO at Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust
Elizabeth Nyawade is a Board level leader and people professional with over 20 years’ experience currently working in the NHS in the role of Chief People Officer. Having worked in diverse sectors – voluntary, private, and public, Elizabeth has a rich experience to draw from in informing strategy and practice.
As a leader, Elizabeth is passionate about developing future talent evidenced by mentoring and career coaching over the last 7 years during which 19 mentees and or those coached have progressed in their careers (promotions and/or advanced in their CIPD qualifications).
Elizabeth is excited by the ongoing transformation of HR at work that have unlocked opportunities and possibilities.
A well-known quote attributed to Napoleon Hill that goes … “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” Has inspired her personal and professional life as a single parent.
Some of her interests outside work include an obsession with F1 racing, supporting Arsenal Football Club, listening to Classical music, and watching Saturday Kitchen TV show.
Michael Barrington-Hibbert
Consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services, Board and CEO
Michael Barrington-Hibbert leverages 20 years of experience in advising senior leadership teams and boards, helping to identify top talent that aligns with clients’ strategic goals.
He collaborates closely with teams to create structures that foster innovation and high performance, specifically when it comes to culture redesign initiatives that ensure organizations can adapt to changing environments and secure the right leadership to thrive well into the future.
He has deep, decades-long experience in talent acquisition, effective succession planning and organizational culture.
As a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services, Board and CEO, and HR practices, as well the Leadership Advisory Services, Michael is committed to helping clients access diverse and rich talent pools that are often overlooked.
This contributes to more inclusive and effective leadership teams that reflect the diverse world we live in. He has witnessed firsthand the transformative impact exceptional talent can have on a company’s strategic direction and culture, and his extensive experience across various industries enables Michael to tailor his approach to the unique challenges faced by different sectors.
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics (and a minor in strategic leadership) from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and subsequently earned a diploma from the Strategic Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
He was awarded London’s prestigious Freedom of the City recognition and has been voted as one of the most influential Black leaders in the UK.
Michael has appeared on Bloomberg News, Sky News and the BBC, along with reputable industry publications like the Financial Newsand The Times, creating content that serves as a guiding resource for the career journeys of up-and-coming talent.
Tolulope Oke
CEO and Founder, The Inclusive Experience Group
Tolu is a 13x multi-award winning leader who has established a remarkable career.
She is highly recognised as a pioneer within the inclusion, culture, and commercial innovation space, having spearheaded global transformation programs at world renowned companies like Amazon and Sainsbury’s.
Most recently she was Global Head of Inclusion at Diageo, and is now the CEO of The Inclusive Experience Group. The Inclusive Experience Group is a full service people, culture and inclusion consultancy sitting at the intersection of people transformation, business engagement and commercial impact.
She is also a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Board within the housing sector, and sits on a School Governing Board as a Governor.
Adrian Shooter
Global Recognised Leader In HR, Talent And DEI
Adrian Shooter is a global recognised leader in HR, Talent and DEI with over 25 years’ experience in creating the conditions for organisations to become more commercially successful through people.
Most recently Adrian spent 8 years at PMI (Philip Morris International) the US listed Fortune Top 50 consumer business. He played a pivotal role in transforming PMI into an innovation led consumer business integrating the best talent and capabilities from other industries. His last role was as the Chief People & Culture Officer for the UK, Ireland & Global Functions Hub and as a PMI Pension Trustee.
He previously served as their Global Chief Talent, Leadership & Learning Officer based in Switzerland working across 100+ markets around the world. He was also a founding committee member of EMBRACE their global racial diversity Employee Resource Group. Prior to this, he was the Chief Talent & DEI Officer at the purpose led retail and financial services business The Co-op Group with earlier international HR roles with UBS, Barclays, and AstraZeneca.
Previous advisory roles with the Wellcome Trust – Diversity Board, Financial Times – Women in Leadership Advisory Board and Kinhub – Senior Advisor to minority owned AI driven coaching & wellbeing platform. He is a Fellow of the CIPD and a Freeman of The Company of HR Professionals – focused on promoting and supporting HR professionals across the City of London and beyond.
Ade Rawcliffe
Chief People Officer, ITV
Ade Rawcliffe is the Chief People & Inclusion Officer at ITV, where she leads the Group Human Resources, Workplace Services and Global Risk Operations teams, including Duty of Care, as well as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team.
Ade has over 20 years of experience in the television industry. She started her career in production, working on shows such as Big Brother, The Big Breakfast, and This Morning.
She then moved into diversity and inclusion, leading the Creative Diversity team at Channel 4 and spearheading the delivery of their 360 Degree Diversity Charter.
In 2017, Ade joined ITV as the Head of Diversity Commissioning. She was subsequently promoted to Director of Creative Diversity and then Chief People Officer.
Under Ade’s leadership, ITV has made significant progress in its diversity and inclusion efforts. The company has launched an £80 million Diversity Commissioning Fund, created almost 200 opportunities through Step Up 60, and launched new inclusive internal talent development initiatives like the leadership programme Amplify and Amplify 2.0.
Ade is a Trustee of the of Chineke! and BAFTA, where she Chairs their Learning, Inclusion, and Talent committee. She is also a founding board member of Times Up UK.
Derek Browne
CEO, International Speaker, Executive Coach & Strategist
Derek Browne is a globally respected international speaker, executive coach, and strategist on leadership, generational intelligence, and the evolving relationship between people and technology.
As CEO of Entrepreneurs in Action (EiA), he advises senior executives across banking, engineering, retail, and tech on how to engage with younger generations not as a trend, but as a strategic imperative.
Derek is also a seasoned executive coach and mentor, now in his fourth year with Merryck & Co., a global firm that works exclusively with senior executives navigating inflection points in leadership, performance, and purpose. This role places him at the heart of real-time leadership conversations across industries and geographies.
His career spans multiple high-performance domains. He began at Barings, managing a $25 million forex desk, and later became a Partner at Merrill Lynch Private Banking, where he was a partner of the largest team in Europe with $2 billion of assets under management. He specialised in advising Sunday Times Rich List entrepreneurs and high-profile personalities.
Whilst in the City, he balanced this career with being an international track and field athlete, winning medals at national and European levels and retiring ranked 27th on the UK all-time list for Triple Jump. This dual-track journey shaped his philosophy on mindset, marginal gains, and resilience.
Through EiA, Derek focuses on helping organisations understand the generational challenges posed by AI adoption, digital transformation and workforce evolution.
His work explores how Gen Z and the incoming Gen Alpha cohort are redefining what they expect from the workplace. He supports boards and executive teams in rethinking their approaches to talent attraction, engagement, retention, and diversity, ensuring they remain relevant to the values and behaviours of these emerging generations. For this work, Derek was honoured with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion and served as an Ambassador for the Awards, championing youth entrepreneurship and enterprise leadership across the UK.
With EiA he has led transformative programmes across Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Caribbean, and his past collaborations include co-creating an industry-wide diversity strategy with the CEOs of the world’s largest investment management firms.
Known for his clarity, challenge, and cross-sector insight, Derek helps leaders confront the future with confidence, curiosity, and generational intelligence.
Mia India Laing
Associate Director, Turner and Townsend
Mia is an Associate Director in the Programme Advisory division at Turner and Townsend.
She specialises in helping clients develop their Strategic direction and establishing critical success factors for Capital Progammes ensuring they are set up to achieve their outcomes in Energy, Defense and Infrastructure sectors.
Mia offers a balanced and refined approach in client environments, ensuring she fosters an inclusive, high performing environment for her teams.
Matt Davies
Chief People Officer Hapus People
Matt Davies an experienced Chief People Officer (CPO) and Board Member (NED) who focuses broadly on the organisation.
Balancing People and Company needs to ensure high levels of performance. He particularly loves focusing on strategically enhancing a company’s culture and working to improve Inclusivity (ED&I).
Having led various company-wide projects in both Target Group and British Gas Energy Matt is highly organized, has high standards for delivery and building strong relationships quickly.
As the owner / CEO of a HR / People Strategy Consultancy he engages with Board members and Executive Teams regularly to drive cultural change.
Matt speaks at events and support others to drive Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (Particularly gender equality, socio-economic movement, intersectionality and mental mealth inclusion) and effectively adapting to Hybrid Working – leading with trust, supporting colleagues through flexible working.
Matt is a fellow of a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) and an associate that supports them with both Organisational Development and People Strategy Development.
Recently involved with the Governments consultation about the Human Rights Bill and Workers Rights Bill. He also judges both the Wales and UK CIPD Awards so he get to see, firsthand, what is best in class in People Leadership.
