Executive Career Coach
Yvonne Akinmodun is a certified Executive & Career Coach and her passion is working with people to help them realise their full potential. Prior to becoming a career coach in 2017, She was a full time HR consultant for 10 years. Prior to that,She worked as a HR Director for a large housing organisation in London.
A change in her personal circumstance marked a turning point in her life as it provided her with an opportunity to take a step back and reassess her career. She’d known for a while that she didn’t want to continue as an HR consultant but it wasn’t until 2018, that she made the transition into career coaching.
It was as a result of spending several years working in a career that no longer fulfilled her but not knowing how to move myself forward that she was motivated to search for her true vocation. This is how her journey into career coaching began.
As a career coach, she has appeared in career podcasts, been interviewed on radio and written articles about leadership and career coaching. She coaches professionals and executives to take charge and manage their careers which often includes developing their career confidence on a one to one or group basis.
Yvonne lives in London with her teenage son. When she is not spending time coaching, she teaches as a part time tutor on certified CIPD courses. She also loves baking, strength training and travel.

She is the founder of Talent Bureau Limited, a Talent Management company focused on helping progressive and forwardthinking organizations find exceptionally outstanding talent.
As an experienced Recruitment and Talent Management Consultant with 22 years work experience: 4 and half years in Banking, 3 years in the IT Sector and 15 years in HR. Her experience before Talent Bureau includes work with banks like Societe Generale Bank (Nigeria) Limited, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and leading HR firms like Antal International, IT firms like SystemSpecs Limited and general management of regionally acclaimed Careers Nigeria. Tracy Forde-Catlyn, a Human Resource Practitioner for over 15 years and has stayed current with the industry, reinventing herself in the field of Human Resources as opportunities and global changes occur.
Tracy, a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resources Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB) and the Caribbean Society of Human Resources Professional (CSHRP), holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey, UK along with professional training in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Employment Law and Strategic HR Metrics. In 2016, her passion for HR strategies led a regional financial company to win the Barbados’ Best Employer’s Award for its outstanding work in the medium sized category.
Tracy’s added experiences steered a company through the difficult waters of restructuring and retrenchment. She has also acted as a Director of a local charity and has consulted on HR related projects and mentors young professionals who chose Human Resources Management as their career focus.
With a myriad of skills in coaching, mentoring and performance management and a passion for developing competent and skilled employees, Tracy has seen mentees reached their goal of being hired in human resources.
