Executive Career Coach
Yvonne Akinmodun is a certified Executive & Career Coach and her passion is working with people to help them realise their full potential. Prior to becoming a career coach in 2017, She was a full time HR consultant for 10 years. Prior to that,She worked as a HR Director for a large housing organisation in London.
A change in her personal circumstance marked a turning point in her life as it provided her with an opportunity to take a step back and reassess her career. She’d known for a while that she didn’t want to continue as an HR consultant but it wasn’t until 2018, that she made the transition into career coaching.
It was as a result of spending several years working in a career that no longer fulfilled her but not knowing how to move myself forward that she was motivated to search for her true vocation. This is how her journey into career coaching began.
As a career coach, she has appeared in career podcasts, been interviewed on radio and written articles about leadership and career coaching. She coaches professionals and executives to take charge and manage their careers which often includes developing their career confidence on a one to one or group basis.
Yvonne lives in London with her teenage son. When she is not spending time coaching, she teaches as a part time tutor on certified CIPD courses. She also loves baking, strength training and travel.
Founder of BARE Life Class
Oby Bamidele is the founder of BARE Life Class, an organisation with a mission to change the narrative around mental health and well-being for Black women so that they can show up confidently in every space of life. BARE Life Class provides classes, courses and resources that specifically caters to the needs of Black women so they can heal, learn and grow.
Oby is a psychotherapist (BACP & NCP) coach and speaker. She is passionate about helping women get unstuck, building great emotional health, so that they can thrive in life. Oby started out her career in Accounting and finance, later moving into HR and Operations Leadership. She currently holds two roles which she is passionate about – She is the Vice President of People and Operations for an Ed-tech non-profit whilst running her part-time private therapy practice and running BARE Life Class.
Oby has authored and self-published two books “Finding Purpose” and “Me, My Hair and the Rest”. She has also written a variety of e-books and online articles on mental health and well-being which have been published in The Huffington post and other well-known publications.

Julie Turney is a heart centric and people-focused HR Professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. She is the brainchild of HR@Heart Consulting Inc. a coaching firm she created after her second bout of HR burnout to help HR professionals to build their resilience agility while providing a safe place to recharge.

Felicia Odumosu is a Talent Management Consultant, Talent Search Expert, Executive Head-hunter, Career Catalyst, Interview Skills and Employability Skills Coach. She is the founder of Talent Bureau Limited, a Talent Management company focused on helping progressive and forwardthinking organizations find exceptionally outstanding talent.
As an experienced Recruitment and Talent Management Consultant with 22 years work experience: 4 and half years in Banking, 3 years in the IT Sector and 15 years in HR. Her experience before Talent Bureau includes work with banks like Societe Generale Bank (Nigeria) Limited, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and leading HR firms like Antal International, IT firms like SystemSpecs Limited and general management of regionally acclaimed Careers Nigeria. Mel has a Degree in Psychology, pursuing an interest in human behaviour and interaction, and how to win in the building a career. 25+ years in recruitment, working up from consultant to London Director of a global recruitment firm.

Tracy Forde-Catlynhasbeen, a Human Resource Practitioner for over 15 years and has stayed current with the industry, reinventing herself in the field of Human Resources as opportunities and global changesoccur.
Tracy, a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resources Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB) and the Caribbean Society of Human Resources Professional (CSHRP), holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey, UK along with professional training in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Employment Law and Strategic HR Metrics. In 2016, her passion for HR strategies led a regional financial company to win the Barbados’ Best Employer’s Award for its outstanding work in the medium sized category.
Tracy’s added experiences steered a company through the difficult waters of restructuring and retrenchment. She has also acted as a Director of a local charity and has consulted on HR related projects and mentors young professionals who chose Human Resources Management as their career focus.
With a myriad of skills in coaching, mentoring and performance management and a passion for developing competent and skilled employees, Tracy has seen mentees reached their goal of being hired in human resources.
