She currently serves as a People Advisor for the fastest growing European Fintech, where she partners with Management to provide employee relations, performance management, recruitment, talent development and other first line HR support.
In March 2020, she founded “My Career Couch” – a platform designed to help black immigrants and international students advance in the early stages of their careers through practical content, 1:1 services and events/workshops. As Head of Organisational Development at City of London Police, Marshah led a range of initiatives, including an innovative leadership development programme for all police officers, police staff and the Special Constabulary.
A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Marshah has contributed to HR publications including HR Magazine where she shared her top tips on career success.
